If you are currently receiving a Mellinger Scholarship, a renewal form for the 2024-25 school year will be emailed to you on May 10, 2024 UNLESS your current information states that you will be graduating during the 2023-24 school year.  Please keep us advised of your current email.

Deadline for receipt of renewal forms is June 7, 2024.

If your transcript is not available by this date, please send it as soon as possible.  It does not need to be an official transcript.

​

We must receive your renewal form and 2023-24 transcript to process your scholarship.  

​

You must be in good standing with your school to renew your scholarship.  If you are not in good standing, you will not be eligible for scholarship assistance.  Once you are in good standing with your school, your scholarship can be reinstated.  Therefore, it is still important to send your renewal form and transcript to us.

Renewal award letters will be emailed July 12, 2024.

Scholarship checks for the 2024-25 first semester/quarter will be mailed on August 2, 2024.

Method 1:

1. A Renewal Form will be emailed to you if you are currently receiving a Mellinger Scholarship    (unless your current information states that you will be graduating during the 2023-24 school year).

2. Fill Out Renewal Form

3. Upload Renewal Form to the Renewal Form Submission Area

4. Upload Transcripts to the Renewal Form Submission Area

5. Click Submit
